I took Isabella’s (Internal Planetary Systems)Astro course with the intention of learning more about myself, cultivating more self-trust, and having fun; and I successfully accomplished all three! Mid-way through the course in our study of a particular planet placement, I came to the awareness of certain giftings within my chart due to this placement, which inspired and affirmed further self-trust. Isabella pairs the study of astrology in a synergistic format with her knowledge as a therapist, which is particularly helpful as you explore the dynamics of your chart and how it gets expressed in real life. Isabella’s passion for astrology and its application to the individual shined throughout this course.   • If you’re interested in identity creation, self-exploration, and healing, this course is for you! If you love astrology and want to use it to develop trust in yourself and the Universe, this is where you can do that. If you are committed to healing but don’t know much about astrology, you will have all the support you need here to learn, grow, and heal.

  • Only an interest in astrology is needed. I will provide a break-down of the planets, positions, and their meaning as well as a fantastic Astrology Basics Notion that will blow your mind.

  • All classes will be recorded and shared with every member of the class, so if you miss one or just want to rewatch, that option will always be available to you.

  • Compassionate self-actualization is the gentle love we offer ourselves on the journey of becoming who we desire and aspire to be. It looks like moving with confidence, curiosity, and humor, as we navigate the bizarre complexities of life. The number one thing I offer my clients in therapy sessions and astrology sessions is tools for compassionate self-actualization. I was put on this planet for that purpose and I consider it my greatest responsibility.

  • IPS is the technique I have created by integrating the theory of Internal Family Systems aka parts therapy, Astrology and its archetypes. It uses the concepts of parts therapy to relate to our natal charts and the position of each planet as a part.

  • Internal Family Systems is a therapeutic evidence-based practice. Astrology is an ancient tool of awareness and self-actualization that I believe has thousands of years of data to support it but it is very challenging to study using the traditional scientific method as it is highly subjective given its archetypal nature.

  • This is a what-you-put-in-is-what-you-get-out experience and I am here for you throughout the process to address blocks and challenges that may come up.
